4. All table holders are required to complete a (ONE TIME) Vendor Agreement Form. You will complete this form based on the following categories:

Business Entities – Business entities are required to provide W.A.C. with their name, address, certificate of insurance (COI), and business license number. All business entities would be required to have either a permanent or temporary Washington State Business license.

Private Parties:
> Private or hobbyist sale of personal firearms – those who are not in business and do not have a business license may sell firearms at an unlimited number of WAC events. This is because of a 2014 law change that exempts all private firearm transfers from the retail sales tax (RCW 82.08.020).

> Private or Hobbyist Sales of Other Items – Individuals who do not have a business license may be subject to Washington State Department of Revenue limitations on casual sales. Under these requirements, participation may be limited to two events per person per year before a business license is required. This is a Washington State Department of Revenue requirement, not a WAC policy. For information about temporary business licensing, visit:  dor.wa.gov/open-business/types-businesses/temporary-businesses

• Display Tables – Renters of display tables are not impacted by the new table rent policy except that they also have to fill out the Table Rent Agreement form. Vendors will still be able to obtain display tables, show off their personal collection, share knowledge and their love of arms collecting with our general membership. No business registration will be required as these members are not selling any goods.
