  2. All table holders are required to complete a (ONE TIME) Vendor Agreement Form. You will complete this form based on the following categories:
    • Business Entities – Business entities are required to provide W.A.C. with their name, address, certificate of insurance (COI), and business license number. All business entities would be required to have either a permanent or temporary Washington State Business license.
    • Private Parties
      1. Private or hobbyist sale of personal firearms – those who are not in business and do not have a business license may sell firearms at an unlimited number of WAC events. This is because of a 2014 law change that exempts all private firearm transfers from the retails sales tax (RCW 82.08.020).
      2. Private or hobbyist sale of other items – if a person does not have a business license the Washington Department of Revenue limits casual sales to two events per person each year. Sales at events in excess of this amount require a business license. This is not a WAC rule but one forced upon the WAC by the Department of Revenue. To apply for a temporary business license visit:  http://dor.wa.gov/content/doingbusiness/businesstypes/doingbus_tempreg.aspx
  • Display Tables – Renters of display tables are not impacted by the new table rent policy except that they also have to fill out the Table Rent Agreement form. Vendors will still be able to obtain display tables, show off their personal collection, share knowledge and their love of arms collecting with our general membership. No business registration will be required as these members are not selling any goods.
